Dear Education Foundation Donor:
The Cannon Falls Education Foundation (CFEF) is a 501c3 Non profit organization that will be launching its 19th year of supporting creative projects and programs in the Cannon Falls Independent School District252. The support of people like you has enabled the CFEF to provide innovative programs for students at every level, preschool through 12thgrade, as well as add to our endowment and guarantee a secure future for CFEF.
Last year CFEF approved over $60,000 for dozens of creative, teacher-led projects. The CFEF continues to work hard to raise funds which will serve the goal of enriched learning. We count on community support through your donations and at fundraising events to help us meet our goals.
Again this year we’re excited to continue the “Club 252”initiative that raised just over $15,000.00 last year. We invite you to join or renew with a gift of $252 or greater. We believe that “Club252” builds enthusiasm for the Education Foundation, creates opportunities for our generous donors to become more closely involved,and increases our ability to fund the creative works of our teachers and students. Also, your donation is 100% tax deductible.
Enclosed you will find a pledge envelope. We ask that you fill it out and return it along with your “Club 252” commitment so that we can continue this initiative. If you prefer, you can donate online at http://www.givemn.org/during our “Give to the Max Day” – November 14, 2013. Beginning November 1, 2013, you also have the option to “pre-schedule” your donation for the “Give To The Max Day." Nonprofits and schools that raise the most money during each of five power hours will win a $1,000prize grant (and up to $10,000)-CFEF's selected power hour is 5:00-5:59PM. LET’S BE THAT SCHOOL!!!
